Pet Policy

One Time Pet Fee: $250 (non-refundable) Monthly Pet Rent: $35 The animal must be at least 1 year of age and no more than 35 pounds full grown. No more than 2 animals in an apartment. The Community may restrict certain breeds including but not limited to Pitbull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Cane Corso, American Bulldog, Wolf Hybrid, Akita, Dalmatian, and Bull Mastiffs. We believe in healthy and responsible pet interactions for all residents and want to help create a community that welcomes everyone to a pet-responsible environment.
